I find it very disturbing that some of the people
in that article are now taking pot shots at Albert
Einstein after he has died. Also as far as the
satellites go I worked in Satcom and cryptography
in the 80's , the GPS satillites would have a clock inside of them that would be syncronious
with a clock of the same kind inside of the satillite, any adjustment would be done by
a feedback loop and phase lock circuitry.
When I say clock I don't mean a normal clock
the ones I had experince with were Ceisium probably the GPS have clocks at least that
accurate if not more. So this time I agree with you Bruce
