im sorie but wat do u mean by that ....

anyways when u said vacuum it occured to me, no empty space in the universe is a vacuum, according to the uncertainty principle, anything with 0 velocity and 0 posn gives an accurate measurement of both features ... therefore there is really no vacuums,

empty space as we call them are teemed with quantyum fluctuations ......

oops, jus realised i havent yet addressed ur question :o) ... i believe ur 'vacuum' would possess the characteristic of time ... space-time is an entity that cannot be separated, and since ur 'vacuum' is not really a vacuum, those quamtun thingy'm'wats can make themselves relative move themselves... ok...... im not making sense here lol ..... as usual.......
