: Since you seem to want a black hole paradox badly, here's one. : The Universe as we know it is believed to have started out as a point mass. A point of infinite density that began expanding with a Big Bang. : Black holes are the only objects in the known Universe to have a point mass (singularity). : So here's a few thoughts. : The Universe contracts back to the center in a Big Crunch. All matter is returned to this singularity. And time ends as it began, with everything at one point. Only thing that's changed is time. I wouldn't call that a paradox either. |
