Hmmm,

One of the more accepted paradox theories regarding black holes is called the information paradox. Essentially, Hawking's proposed that black holes utterly destroy any information that enter a black hole, i.e. the black hole's characteristics are defined by it's current mass and rotation and not by the original contributing matter. However, quantum mechanics has difficulty with this notion because all processes should have reversibility, i.e. if time is mathematically reversed, the particle can be restored. This is not the case for a particle that enters a black hole. Mathematical time reversal does not restore the particle, hence the paradox.
