Yes, I do understand.
RE: >> * A channel is some one who a diety can speak through. *
No, a channel is some one who a spirit can speak through.
Not all spirits are deities. This should be a wakeup call if you have blindly accepted every channel as a deity. Satan can channel. This is why the Christian Bible warns you to “try the spirits whether they are of God” ( I John 4:1)
RE: >> * Besides the wealth of literature confirming this phenomenon, I have personal experience with it. So I can vouch for its existence. *
I can vouch for its (channeling) existence as well.
I can also vouch that spirit which are not of God can use channeling.
RE: >> * Now of you accept this wisdom, it makes the words of Jesus much more intelligible. Most of his words in scripture, the direct quotations, are coming directly from the one god. This is Divinity School teaching by the way. The one time we are sure that the human Jesus is speaking is when he said, Why have you forsaken me? *
I agree that the Father “channeled” the words to Jesus to speak.
He channels words to me as well. But not only the Father – this is why I told you of the warning God provided to us.
RE: >> * So even though Jesus is just the mouth of god, god is still careful to say that he, Jesus, is the son of man. *
No, Jesus is careful to say that “I and the Father are one.”
Have you ever thought of what this really means. Take it literally.
Not just the mouth of God, but God.
Do you recall Jesus ever denying that He was God ?
RE:>> * He was the son of Joseph, but god spoke through him. *
Yes, He was Joseph’s son(not carnally), but born of God (Holy Spirit) by a virgin.
God the Father did speak(channel) “to” Him, Jesus. Jesus willingly, while in the form of being fully man, spoke His Father’s words. Yes, Jesus was fully God and fully man.
This may be where I can possibly provide more insight if you wish.
In the KJV, you will always find this is the context, even very specifically in Luke 3:23.
RE: >> * Jesus was just the conduit. God also controlled the actions of Jesus except before age 30, where according to Matthew he gained wisdom, and in the ninth hour. So obviously Jesus was perfect during his ministry, just because God is perfect. *
No, Jesus’ actions were not controlled except of His own accord, but He willingly obeyed His Father in everything.
RE: >> * However, the body is Jesus is not god, just the voice at the time of his ministry. *
Circles again. Jesus is God.
RE: >> * Without this understanding of how the world works, it is easy to see how people could think that the body of Jesus is God. *
I have this “channeling” understanding and I still believe Jesus is God. Know why ?
RE: >> * The Holy Spirit is another name for the one god. The voice of Jesus is the one god. The body of Jesus is not god. The spirit or soul of Jesus is the lamb. *
You are mixing literal and symbolic now. The lamb is symbolic. Jesus did not have a four legged body.
RE: >> * I do not expect you to buy this, unless of course god provides more instruction for you. *
I too, do not expect you to desire more instruction, God teaches us that our human nature is such. We are taught by Jesus to overcome that nature, though we will fail sometimes.
Peace, grace, and love to you, my friend.
