: The next time, do your rough grinding with a iron pipe end cap to about 90% of the depth and then cast the tile tool with the tiles in the plaster rather than glued on afterwords. The tiles will stay attached and due to the preliminary grinding of the curvature into the glass with the iron pipe end you'll have plenty of tile left when you get done with the mirror. : Whenever you attach a tile, you need to grind it back to where the rest of them are. Towards the end, just leave the tile or two that fall out out as no real harm will result. Adding more epoxy between the tiles will tend to migitate the problem. Good luck. Would the pipe end need to ground to a curve or left as is?? Also if the pipe end is a much smaller diam. than the mirror , what stroke would be used ?? 1/3 center over center?
