Secondary To Small?

Hi,

I recently built a 10" dob with a mirror and secondary I purchased from someone. I am attempting to collimate but I think I may have a problem. The instructions I have for collimating say I should be able to see the entire primary in the secondary. I can't. I can only see the entire primary if I move my head around over the secondary. Is my secondary to small?

Thanks
