Ype, it's Radius Of Curvature. At this time, you're trying to make a sphere so that's really the best term for the surface. When you start figuring the mirror, you're going to be taking the ROC of the various zones and figuring out if that's what they need to be.
Just put the mirror on the bottom and the ROC will come out nicely along with the hole going all the way out to the edge.
I don't know if you've seen my article on mirror making at http://bobmay.astronomy.net but it's something that you may want to read.
