As a matter of fact, I printed it off and have read it several times.

Now let me tell you about the mistake I just made.

I was going to make a tool to finish grinding with, but I had one already that was flat. I was told I should make a new one, but I thought that since I overshot my FL that if I used the flat one, I could go ahead and break it in, and by flipping them back and forth, I could work back up to the FL I wanted (F/10).

Anyway, took a big chip off the edge of the mirror when a tile broke on the tool. So now my question is :

Can I just flip to the other side of the mirror, or will the semi-spherical shape I have on the first side interfere, i.e. astigmatism ?

It's a big enough ding to bother me, but I don't know what really constitutes a problem.

Thanks !
