Ok, i did a thorough test of my 10"mirror tonight, and i am thinking i should go back to fine grinding, the mirror under focault has a depressed center, T.D.E.(1/4")and a raised outer zone about3-1/2" out to turned down edge, now under ronchi, well, hey it just looks terrible, no straight lines lots of wiggles and of course the t.d. curve, now i am using the pads but ...i want to make a pitch lap, and before i do that i need to know if i should continue onward or first go back to fine grinding....am i being overly concerned here, i know they look worse than they really are....but man this looks bad.
Learning as i go here, but not complaining, rather injoying myself.
Thanks for the help.
