| The Focualt Test???

Ok grinding is over (i think), want to do focualt test but need some advise.When i do this, do i do it with the mirror wet?, because i tried to last night but when i view it i see alot of water lines and marks, do i have to really clean the mirror first with something, if so what is good, I know i have bad water here so should i use destilled bottle water or what.or do i not spray the mirror at all, if that is the case i will need a brighter light.
