The JMI focuser (Reverse Crayford design) is about 2.25" tall FULLY racked in, so add another 1/2~3/4 inch for total height. That should put you up arounnd 2.25 ~ 2.4" diagonal size. Try Telescope warehouse, Hands on Optics,(internet), and Sky Instruments in Vancouver, B.C. Sky Instruments has really attractive prices on a lot of items, including the Speers-Whaler eyepieces. Also look at Harry Siebert eyepieces (internet). They get excellent ratings. As far as mirrors, my recommendation is to make your own. Same for miror cells. There are numerous designs out there for wooden cells. Diagonal holders are also simple to make and lots of designs also in the web. Keep looking and modify what you find if necessary to fit your needs and abilities.
