Re Fork Mount

Hi Alex,
I have just made a fork equatorial mount and found it to work very well, I used 5 sheets of 12mm thick mdf and glued and bolted them together to make the fork, then used a stainless steel pin as a pivot. the pin runs through bushes which have 0.01mm clearance leaving no room for play. although it is quite heavy it is also sturdy.
I used the same pin arrangment for the trunions either side of the tube.
