 Guess that my question is why do you feel the need for a subdiameter lap? You can do your parabolizing just as easy with the full lap as doing it with a subdiameter lap unless you are doing the work on a polishing machine and then you probably want to have one that is about 1/2 or a bit larger to do the work. |
