Thanks to all for the help. If it clears up tonight (Seattle - yair right) i will check out the scope.

Then, regardless, i will try a recleaning with alcohol and/or xylene.

PS - i am a newbie (had the scope for years but hardly used it). What is the general opinion of Starfinder mirrors? are they worth having refigured/recoated??
