Hello All! This is my first time posting a message, so please be gentle.

My question are as follows:
1. Is there a reliable method for calculating Newtonian Baffle sizes and positions?
2. If I have a 12.5" primary, and I`m building a traditional dob(no trusses), how big should the Altitude Bearings be in diameter?
3. How can you know for sure if you`ve got the correct size secondary mirror?

I`d be more than happy to give all the specs on my latest creation, but having someone else do all the math takes some of the fun out of building my own. Any info, and or advice would be helpful! Thanks.

jk
