Pitch Lap Stuck To Mirror
Forum List | Follow Ups | Post Message | Back to Thread Topics Posted by don/">don on November 4, 1999 05:34:55 UTC |
When cold pressing my pitch lap onto my mirror, it got stuck! I can't budge it. I have tried to slide it off, I tried gentle taps with a rubber mallet but it is still stuck. I am currently soaking it in a lukewarm water bath trying to re-hydrate any "releasing" agent that may be dry. I used a solution of water and polishing agent as a suggested releasing agent in the Texereau book. What did I do wrong and how can I separate the mirror from the tool. |
