Xephem Catalogs

I have compiled Xephem 3.4 on HP-UX 10.20
successfully, using a distribution of the
HP-UX Porting & Archive Centre. The question
I have now is:

Do anybody know where I can get the additional
catalog files, particularly the new ppm.xe2 and
hiptyc2.xe2 catalogs?
Is there a way to convert the old catalog files
used by Xephem 3.2 to the new format ?
