Hi!

I've tried to load a photo I've taken from plejades into xephem.

Can anybody tell me how to convert a jpeg image to a fits image, which can be processed by xephem.

I've tried "xv" an "ImageMagick" but both didn't work. Perhaps I missed some switches?

Must I create a header myself (I don't have a clue of the fits format)?

Thanks a lot!

Thomas
