There has been a few problems like yours before. One thing that it might be is the motor is sitting on a "dead spot". If you can turn the motor by hand a couple of time then try to run again. Check the gears for jamming or possibly a jammed bearing. These are the mechanical reasons. The electronic reasons may require factory repair.
