UFO dosen't stand for Alien Space Ship. That's Language Removed. There are over 8000 satellites up there. Watch the sky at night, you'll more than likely spot one within 1/2 hr. Some travel in pairs and triplets. They have iridium flares and get quite bright for a few seconds. If you ask me that accounts for quite a few "sightings". I have lots more. I posted something here a few months back with more explanations. I think it's still there. I'm no expert, but if I explane away a high percentage of sightings, people way more brilliant than me can do way better. I belive if the correct equipment was present at every sighting, they all could be explaned.
