If Our Goverment Is Being Honest About UFOs

If our goverment is truely honest in thier denying any knowedge of "aliens from outer space",
what other to explain. I don't want to say that they are not from other worlds. But who would be more concerned about contact or avoidance with us? Why would aliens not want to contact us? Outside the fact of some "Prime Directive".
There are many things I don't think we could understand, including the name of God. But in my heart I hope to someday.
