No, aliens around Solar System are our imagination to seek a few unusual patterns out of millions usual ones. Clouds from time to time shape as Jesus face, but so what?

There are plenty of serious scientists trying hard to be rewarded/recognized by discovering artificial features on Moon, Mars, etc., but so far without success.

Moon is so hostile that no doubt no alien would like to lurke there. And it was mapped and remapped so many times with high resolution (even from Earth in so-so telescope you can see 100-m features on it) that there are no places there to hide.

Mars so far swows no traces of "intelligent faces" so to speak.

Also, space travelling is extremely energy/time consuming and extremely dangerous adventure. Why and how should aliens get from one distant star to another suitable for stop distant star covering billions of billions of miles?

Our part of Milky way is too empty for contacts with limited speed (c). Othervise we would indeed see aliens all over.
