: How does a Hovercraft moves in the air??

: All i know is that it floats by spinning itself so that it's mass can : be reduced to zero!! Moreover, they don't seem to give out hot air to : help them in their movement in the sky!!

::How would spinning reduce the mass of anything to zero?
