it is true when you look at the crater that neil armstrong and buzz had landed on you see not a thing in your telescope. First of the the moon of Earth iis bright and your resolve can only get so good with a ground telescope. It takes a meter wide optical mirror to be able to focuss on a licence plate from an orbit of 150 miles. Pretty large!!! now imagine how big your telescope would have to be to see throught Earths atmosphier and to gather enough resolve to see a car on the moon which is over a million miles away!!! maybe hubble could Maybe hubble should but then we would all say it was altered. Sometimes you just cant win. My opinyon is, Neil parked the car on the dark side of the moon. You know, save the paint job. "The Egale's" base, left behind was covered up when the capsule took off. I can speculate all night. But really, who can say, we the US were in a space race and getting our butts kicked so a lil lie wouldnt hurt, would it?
