José R. Vieira, Sao Paulo, Brazil has created Milky Way data files for import into SkyMap Pro.
The raw data files contain RA/Dec coordinates. The two sets of data are used to create outlines and/or shades for the Milky Way to 5 levels of luminosity. A description is found in an article called "The Milky Way for SkyMap Pro 6" at "http://www.stargazing.net/AstroTips/english/planetariums.html"
I suggest you contact Mr. Vieira for your use of his data at "zricardo@mandic.com.br".
