Hi Bob,

I have a fairly new Sony Digital 8 (DCR-TRV520), with night shot and super night shot, with a pretty powerful zoom on it. What model cam corder did you use? And what lens did you use? I have a wide angle for mine plus the standard lens that came with it. Do you remember what the attachment device is called? And have you, or are you going to try a direct to scope connection? Obviously there are weight concernes though. I wonder if counter balance weights would be enough. Did you have the camera hard wired to the TV while observing, or after observing?

Thanks,
Robert Koenig
