Black Matter is composed of all of the light emissions from all of the stars in the universe since stars were first formed, less that amount of light that has been absorbed into stars, planets etc.

The stars and planets are immersed in a sea of light emissions. Individually, infantesimally of small mass but collectively more massive than all of the stars. Do the calculations and see for yourselves.
