You are probably right about looking through the big scopes at Starfest, although when I've seen something in a 12" or 20" I still like to find it in my own scope (if I can) just to compare.

Hopefully we'll get 3 good nights and there'll be lots of time for both. This will be our first big star party and no doubt an eye opener.

My next scope, though, probably won't be a Goto; my current choice is for something like a 12.5" Portaball - maybe when I get the mortgage paid off! Anyway, summer's here and the viewin' is easy. Oh yeah :)
