Did You Buy A Telescope Yet

If you didn't, make sure you do some research first. Don't go out and buy one of those cheap department store jobs that boast 475X power telescope on the box, all for about $100.00. Did you get a beginner book yet, There are lots of good books out there. I recommend Skywatching by David Levy. He gives you good maps of all 88 constillations and shows you what you can see in binoculars, naked eye, small and large telescopes. Sounds like you started off well. Most book and pros recommend starting with the naked eye and pair of binos. Learn the sky, it's lots of fun. I'd be more than happy to help with any questions you might have. Got to go.
