I got new eps and a barlow last thursday and only used them a little that night, so I have been waiting to get out. The problem has been the weather. Rain and clouds every night.

Tonight 3/18/02 was another cloudy night, but coming home from a visit I noticed Jupiter was peeking out. I set up the scope and sited in on the planet. Little by little the clouds parted and I had a good view. I found it enjoyible to catch the planet in the scope and watch as clouds moved in and out. It was a pleasent night weater wise as the temp was in the 50's. I tried out the new eps and the barlow but after about 45 minutes it began to cloud up again and I packed in the scope.

Anyway, a half loaf is better than none....
