What Type Of Tasco?

Nice report, it is amazing the things people take for granted, like the stars, moon and planets. Once you get started you will definitely be hooked.

I also have a Tasco, mine is a 70mm refractor. It is okay for the moon and planets and maybe a few of the messiers. I have purchased a 25mm ep, and diagonal. It was given to me and and i've done some fix up on it. Fixed the micro altimeter with a 6" eye bolt,pen cap and wing nut. Built a tripod and fastened the yold to it. After reading how bad these are, I am quite surprised at how well this one does. I guess I found it had limits before I started. What if any improvements have you done or yours?
