Is it actually possible to get a decent image off of my RB-60 using a reasonably high-quality CCD lens adapter in real time...
at what resolution would these images be returned at? at least 800x600? 1600x1200? what?
or is it in terms of TV video format, 525 scanlines,
colour of course...

If it is possible to get real-time images from the
RB-60, just how much would it cost to acquire such a device? I am expecting a normal composite video output, in colour, at least 800x600 or better, 525 scan lines... reasonably price range....
