Keypad Problem!

Dear Sir,

I have a 12” Meade Lx200. A few days ago, I was working with my telescope that I turned off my telescope and then I turned it on. After turning it on, I noticed the Keypad didn’t run and it stopped on word of Meade On the screen of Keypad! (I’m not expert but I think something is wrong with the booting of the keypad software!). Can you help me what to do?!
