Wanting To Upgrade My Scope

Need advice on my next scope. I have an LX10 but thinking of a LX200 12" with CCD or can anyone recommend something else, as I have had advice for Galaxy & Plantary Photo's I should buy a large 5" Refractor?

I want to take pictures of Galaxies, nebs, clusters & planets etc but there are too many adverts claiming the scope can do everythin!.

Any help & advice would be appreciated!
