Hi all, ive recently got a brand new lx90 and there are a couple of things that i think may be wrong. Firstly, when the text is moving on the autostar controller i can only see it properly at certain angles (ive adjusted the contrast etc). Secondly when i focus, the image shifts a great deal. I know its supposed to move a bit, but in a 26mm plossl a full moon shifts from one edge of view, fully across to the other. Also the collimation is well out (trails on stars) and i heard you shouldnt need to collimate these when new.

Please help, ive not even got round to using the GO TO yet!!!

Cheers, Ben
