Hello everyone!
I am looking for some advice regarding taking a telescope on plane. This year I am planning on a buying meade 8 in lx200 in the US and taking it back with me to the europe. (yes I know warranty won't be valid in europe, but the price of telescope in europe is almost twice bigger than in the US) Because the lx 200 is too large for carry-on I would like to get a really good hard case that will protect the scope against gently treatment on an airport... I have found the JIM hard case on the website but I am just not sure if its as good as they write. Anyone who have took lx 200 flying please respond! Or maybe you have other ideas on lx 200 save trip from us to europe.
Thanks in advance
Regards
PS. Sorry for my english, just started learning...
