Hi All:

At 66 years of age, I decided to go ahead and buy a Meade 5” telescope. It’s the LXD55.
I was very interested in astronomy all my life but had gotten away from observing for
many years. My 9 year old granddaughter just got an “A” in her test on Astronomy so I told
her I’d buy a telescope, and now I have! I was glad to find this forum. I’m sure it will
help me get back into the swing of things.
