I don't agree with you, sorry.
With a non GPS you enter the location and the date/time just once and that remains in memory even after switch off.
That is you only have to change these parameters when you change your location or when you change to daylight saving time or reverse .
I find that the inner clock is accurate enough to be put right at the official time only once a month .
