sorry for posting this again i had posted it in General Interest but thought this would be a better place for it

hey a few days ago i orderd the ds-114ec off of buytelescopes.com for 329.99 i think came to around 350 with shiping they sent me an email saying it was a special promotion from meade thats why its blue and not white they say thats the only difference but i`m not sure i just wanted to know if anyone here has got this bluetupe one and if it really is like the white one only new colors... cause well i heard theres the black tube ones that are cut down versions of it... well anyway once i get it i`ll take lots of pictures and post them somewhere if anyone would like to see them once i get them up i can post an address it should be her by tusday

and is there anyway i can make the mount on it more stable? i heard it is and all but still... not as much as it can be i was wondering if there was any tips you people could give me to help make it more stable

also the autostart controler i haven`t got one yet was gonna wait tell after the scope came but well should i get the autostart controler for the etx and ds scopes or the one for just the ds scopes? i can alwas link it up to my computer... but i don`t got a laptop so for my trips to the moutians i wont have the added datebase... but i guess theres always star hoping something i can`t really do around here

how good are the eyepieces that come with the scope? i don`t know what good is... i started out on a meade store trash scope (60mm): that was given to me befor that ohh it was even worse do you think the meade was an ok choice for someone like me? that would like to do it but well just hasnt got into it that much? would something like the orion skyview deluxe have been better? it looks nice and all and i hear nice things about their scopes

i was thinking about upgrading the finderscope on it once i could can this easly be done? can i get something like the 8x50 finderscope from orion? or will i have to get something from meade? and what? i saw the tube for the ds-60 and the screw holes weren`t the same as most finderscope brackets seem to have

can anyone recommend accessories i will probably wont for my new scope? any books? how hard will it be to mount the tupe onto a new stand?

remember i don`t got much money if i did i would have got a 6 inch reflector or something thanks to anyone that helps - Josh

sorry for all my bad spelling and grammer
