I hope somebody out there can help me. I have a 10" lx 50 with the magellan II computer system.
I can't get the thing to work as advertised.
I have checked my wedge adjustment for lattitude, checked and rechecked my polar alingment, tried the one stat and the two star alingment methods,checked my encoder values.
I set my polar alingment and my alingment stars using an illuminated reticle and my alingment reads anywhere between 99 and 101% but nothing is where the computer says it is, it's in the general area but I have to scan the area with a 40mm eyepiece.it's off by degrees not min. or sec. any ideas on what could be wrong or what Im doing wrong would be appreciated
