Is My Meade 114EQ-DH4 Broken??

When I use the Starfinder to align my scope it never seems to lock onto any guide star. I've properly Polar aligned the scope so it tracks ok but will not 'go-to'.

It contains my correct lat-lon and time. When it attempts to find first guide star it rotates in a complete circle and doesn't seem to want to stop.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
