I Just Bought A 12 Inch Ldx 200

I just bought a 12 inch and got a really good deal on it as the guy returned it because he did not like the focus--it is under warrentty so meade will help me get it right but maybe I would be better to just get a JMI like you did.I also see one in a magazine by Apogee called a crayford focuser for 129.95 are they any good?

Also I got a deal from meade where I get 600.00 worth of eyepieces --what would be the best ones to get.

What kind of filters should I get if any.

And are barlow lenses usefull?

I know absolutley nothing about telescopes.I will mainly just doing visual observation.
