I own an LX10 and belive me it resolves ALOT more detail than any 5". In getting the ETX 125 your paying alot for the GOTO feature, but belive me it's not really worth the money if you can't see any faint detail. If you can afford it go for the 10 or 12" DOB, & if not I would highly recommend the LX10.
