Help Ordering A Mead Telescope

I have decided on a Meade 10" Starfinder Equitorial. I have been trying to locate a dealer who has this item in stock. Apparently Meade has a 2 month backorder problem with this scope. Does anyone know of a dealer who has this scope in stock?

On another note. I am interested in using this scope for astrophotography, I have heard from one sorce that this might not be the best choice because of this scopes specific mounting problems related to photography. Again I am looking for suggestions related to this issue.
