Your questions can not be answered in simple terms. You need to read certain textbooks to understand the nature of telescope optics. Once read, you will understand how some of your questions are simply not relevant at this stage of choosing your equipment.
Here are a few titles for you to seek out.
First, try reading 'The Amateur Astronomers Handbook' Author - Sidgwick.
Then have a go at 'Telescope Optics, Evaluation and Design' Authors - Rutten and van Venrooij
Then 'Star Testing Astronomical Telescopes' Author - Suiter.
They may get a bit 'heavy' in many areas, but if you can grasp the essential concepts, you will find that you will begin to ask different questions than you are currently posing.
I will not be available after the 3rd of March, I am away at University. Read the books, don't confuse yourself with other literature. Good luck.
