Corruption In All Earthly Governments.

I think we all agree on the level of corruption in all earthly governments. The Middle Eastern people elect officials to keep the western corruption out. The problem is that the internal corruptions fill in the gap when foreign corruption / influence is removed.

I was just stating that in an ideal situation or nation a King's duty is to govern his people well. And in order to do this the King finds good laws that help him govern well. The Bishop or substitute and the rest down the ladder of authority research the laws and find applicable laws for every kind of situation and then teach the king how the law was once used in another instant. The just king now applies the law in a just way and serves his people well by governing well.
