My dear Robert,
You wrote:
"When I think of GOD I think of a presence who loves, creates, and shares, and learns."

Two major problems with this thought.

That by definition:

1) The true One God Does not have a partner of any kind in order to share with. (I.e. Allah (God), out of generosity, bestows what Allah (God) wills upon whom the same Allah wills to bestow what ever is Bestowed life is bestowed and so is death bestowed.

2) The true One God does not have a need to learn because The Knowledge that Allah (God) has is infinite and at the disposal of the same Allah without the need for time to pass before the knowledge is accessed.

These are two of the definitions of the one real God (Allah).

As ever humble,

Jisbond
