As you learn more about how nature works, there is less and less room in it for Allah to rule.

For example, rain happens because at lower temperature (up in heavens) water condences. Water condenses because when molecules move slower (lower temperature means slower motion) - then molecules have enough time to stick to each other when they pass by each other. They stick to each other because they are polar. They are polar because oxygen p-orbitals are ortogonal to each other. Three mathematically allowed p-orbitals are ortogonal to each other in 3-D space because of symmetry (they are made of identical electrons).

So, where is Allah in this mathematical chain of reasons governing rain?
