Double Dutch?

Some who read plain English interpret the reading in Double Dutch. Evolution of learning is only when you are literally accumulating more knowledge in your brain (memory bank) and in your personal library etc. It dose not mean knowledge gets better it only means that you evolve in to a person with more knowledge and that is what makes a person more knowledgeable over another. (Student learns from Teacher & Teacher also from the Student?)
